Winter Family and Community Kabbalat Shabbat and Dinner

Community members of all ages are invited to join us for davening and dinner on Friday, January 24th at Friends Meeting of Washington (2111 Decatur Pl NW). Spend the time eating and shmoozing with friends new and old - we hope attendees of all ages will use this opportunity to make a friend from a different demographic, age range, or life stage than their own! 

We will kick off the evening with a spirited and family-friendly Kabbalat Shabbat at 5:30 pm.  At 6:30 PM, we will continue with a dinner from Moti's. Around 7:30 PM, we will have benching and sing some Shabbat zmirot.  We encourage people to bring board games to enjoy until the wee hour of 10:00 pm!


The meal will be meat with a vegetarian option.

Cost of attendance is $15 per adult (13+), $10 for children (ages 6-12), and free for our very youngest friends (5 and under).
